Dear colleague,
We are delighted to invite you to the 3rd International Conference on Advances in Technology, Education and Science (ICATES) and 2nd International Conference on Advances in Basic Sciences, Engineering and High Technologies(ICABEH) organized by the ARSTE.
The conference will take place at Best Western İzmir Hotel on April 24-26, 2026 in Izmir, Türkiye. The conferences are an annual conference organized regularly. The ICATES is third and ICABEH is the second conferences organized by ARSTE.
The conference will be held in-person and online/virtual. After peer-reviewing process, all papers will be published in proceedings book with ISBN. Proceedings will be submitted to databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Eric etc.) for indexing.

Bu çalışmada Başbakanlık Cumhuriyet Arşiv kaynaklarına göre Sağlık ve Sosyal Yardım Bakanlığı'nın nasıl teşkilatlandığı, hastalıklarla mücadele şekli ve sonuçları ile personel yetiştirme ve istihdam politikalarından bahsedilmiş, bahsi geçenlere dair veriler tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, bunların hayata geçirilebilmesi için yayımlanan kanun ve yönetmelikler ele alınmıştır.
